It is widely used for applications in PCR, micro-volume protocols like nucleic acid or protein lysate preparation, separation of biological products and blood sample, pelleting of DNA and RNA samples, pelleting of PCR amplified nucleic acids, separation of antibody and protein precipitates, performing enzymatic tests, removing cell debris from cell homogenates, and achieving bacterial and yeast cell fractionation.

• Construction
It has a robust and practical benchtop design. The inner chamber is made of corrosion resistant Stainless steel.
•Rotors
It is a real multi-purpose centrifuge for using both fixed angle and swing-out rotors, it is available with variety of tube adaptors to be fit into 750 mL and 500 mL swing buckets. This provides versatility to the centrifuge.
Angle rotors for up to 15,000 rpm (24,000 xg) with 6 x 85 mL capacity are available and Large capacity swing-out rotor for 4 x 500 mL up to 4,500 rpm (4,300 xg) can be used with this centrifuge.
•Automatic rotor identification
The instrument comes with the latest feature of Rotor Identification making it user friendly and easy to operate.
Imbalance cut off and tracking
The instrument has imbalance cut off system which ensures the instrument stops if the rotors are not properly balanced thereby preventing any damage to the sample.
•Refrigerant
The cooled used in the instrument a CFC free environment friendly refrigerant. It comes with an excellent temperature control for maintaining the required temperature. A drainage hole is provided in the instrument for refrigerated models which should be cleaned daily.
•Display and Control
The instrument has an intuitive and easy control system which is user friendly and is also extensively informative. The display shows all the working parameters enabling the user to have the working information in one instance.
The instrument comes with a motorized lid opening and closure system
•Security
The instrument has a Password lock function to prevent any alterations in the set parameters.
